Peruvian bishop bans same-sex ‘blessings,’ says Fiducia Supplicans ‘harms the communion of the Church’

A Peruvian bishop rejected a recent papally approved document, saying it “harms the communion of the Church” and forbidding his priests to bless irregular or same-sex unions.
