Births Are Back: Did Government Stimulus Fuel a Baby Boomlet?

(Charlottesville, VA)- After dramatic declines in births in late 2020 and early 2021, the United States is now witnessing a surprising rise in births, according to a new report from the Institute for Family Studies (IFS). Data from 10 states and two university hospitals across the country generally show births rising.
